- Personalize your experience and the content we show you.

5The RevvIQ Assistant (AI)
Our Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant (the “RevvIQ Assistant”) that helps visitors learn about our products and book demos. The assistant is powered by Anthropic, a third-party AI provider, and processes your conversations to generate responses.
When you use the RevvIQ Assistant:
- Your messages are sent to and processed by our AI provider.
- We may store conversation transcripts to improve the Service, follow up on demo requests, and provide support.
- If you provide contact information through the chat (for example, to book a demo), it is treated as a lead and may be added to our CRM (HubSpot) for follow-up by our team.
- We do not use your conversations to train large language models without your explicit consent.
- The AI may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information. Please verify important details with us directly.
6RevvIQ as a service provider
When a dealer customer deploys our products (RepIQ™ or AcquireIQ™) on their own website or in their own systems, RevvIQ acts as a service provider or processor on behalf of the dealer with respect to end-consumer personal information collected through those products. In that case:
- The dealer is the business, controller, or data controller of the consumer’s personal information.
- We process consumer personal information only as directed by the dealer and as necessary to provide the Services.
- Consumers whose information is collected by a dealer using our products should direct privacy requests to that dealer in the first instance.
- We will assist dealer customers in responding to consumer privacy requests as required by applicable law and our written agreement with the dealer.
